At the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, we take pride in being engaged with our clients and delivering a “hero-making” experience. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you depart our facility, you are on stage, and we are proud to be the team to put you into the spot light.
Following your event, you will receive two surveys, and we truly hope that you will have the time to fill out both surveys. We want your voice to be heard, as we strive for constant improvement and want to give you that which you deserve most, a peace of mind experience. The only scores we find acceptable, are the highest scores possible. As such, if at any time during your event, you are not willing to issue the highest score possible, please allow us the opportunity to make it right. We will do everything within our power to keep you in the spotlight and on stage and deliver your message.
