The PSAV Management Team At the Hyatt Regency O'Hare

 

 

Eric Walker, Director of Event Technology. Eric has more than 18 years experience in the audio Visual industry. He joined PSAV in 2005 as a project manager at the Gaylord Texan resort in Texas. He held the position of Director of Operations at the Gaylord for four years, until making the decision to take on the Director position at the Hyatt O'Hare in 2010. Eric brings an 'out of the box' approach and a 'can do' attitude to the team, which has been instrumental in taking the Hyatt O'Hare to the next level.

 

 

Doug Flahaven, Director of Sales. Doug came to PSAV with more than 23 years of experience in the industry. His travels have taken him to most of the major convention centers throughout the US where he sold and manged high end general sessions. Since joining the PSAV Hyatt O'Hare team in 2010 Doug has been instrumental in helping design, and implement new sales processes that has helped reach new markets and bring us closer to our customers.

 

 

Bob Wojnicki, Director of Operations. Bob has been with PSAV at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for over 20 years, managing successful accounts like KPMG, Illinois Education Association, PLMA and more. Bob has an extensive technical knowledge and a creative mind. His attention to detail and focus on each event has made every one of them a success. Bob caters each event to every clients needs and does so with a passion and honesty that sets him apart in the Industry.

 

 

Ryan Sheehan, Assistant Director Operations. Ryan has been with PSAV for over 7 years, with 5 of those being at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. Ryan graduated from Columbia College with a degree in live sound reinforcement. He has strong technical background including computer and IT technology. Ryan currently oversees the day to day floor operations at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, and will most likely be the first face you see when coming to our facility.

 

 

Matt Brandseth, Sales Manager.   Matt began his career in Hollywood, California where he worked as a post production sound engineer for 8 years. He joined the PSAV team at the Hyatt O'Hare in 2010 as a floor technician and quickly moved his way up to his current position as a Sales Manger. Matt's commitment to his clients and attention to detail has made him an integral part of the PSAV sales team. 

 

Barry Zokan, Sales Manager.   Barry is our newest team member, he started the Summer of 2011. He has more than 15 years of experience in the industry, both in the Sales / Management and the Technical service capacity. Barry has worked in Hotel, Corporate and Rental House settings. Being a people person, he excels in customer service and exceeding the client's expectations.
